Cheryl Cole is in LA at the moment dealing with allegations of Ashley’s cheating. Yesterday she stepped out wearing a T-shirt stating “I left my heart in Beverly Hills”, and according to Cheryl’s closest friends she is planning on creating a life for herself in LA.
Cheryl has friends in LA and Simon Cowell is keen to get her involved in the US version of X Factor which she turned down last year as she didn’t want to be away from Ashley. Cheryl has been seeing Simon and his new fiancé Mezghan Hussainy, and as Simon isn’t a big fan of Ashley he is doing everything he can to get her to stay in LA!

“There’s no love lost between Simon and Ashley,” says a friend . “Simon thinks Ashley is an idiot and that Cheryl can do much better. He’s told her in no uncertain terms to call it a day.”
We’d miss Cheryl if she left, but it would be great to see her on the US X Factor!

If Cheryl Cole was given the tough decision of who she would rathe kiss or marry from her fellow X Factor judges she has admitted she would rather kiss Dannii and marry Louis

“I’d have to snog Dannii. I’d kind of like to avoid the other two.

“I couldn’t bear to be married to Simon, he’d always have to be right and you’d have to sit next to him all weekend. I’d prefer to marry Louis he’d make you feel comfortable and he’d make you a nice cup of tea!”

Cheryl Cole Performs on XFactor

It’s been a tough week for Cheryl Cole as she was visably nervous for her first solo performance on The X Factor last night. She was heavily criticised during the week as it was announced that the performance would be pre-recorded however when it came to the day, Cheryl decided to sing it live and did a fantastic job!

In the audience was fellow Girls Aloud members Sarah, Nicola and Kimberly and husband Ashley Cole. As Dannii applauded, Simon Cowell told Cheryl: “It is really going to pain me to say this, but that was incredible.”

Smell like Cheryl Cole

X-Factor judges- Cheryl Cole, Simon Cowell, Dannii Minogue and Loui have apparently signed deals to release theirown X-Factor fragrances.
The judges will each receive a £250,000 advance plus a percentage of sales from their product when they go on sale this Christmas, according to The Sun newspaper.

The foursome are due to meet experts this week to select their individual scent.

But, according to a source, Cowell is already said to be “winding the other three up” with claims that his fragrance will be the best-seller.

We, ofcourse will be buying the Cheryl fragrance!!

Pop Idol judge Victoria

Victoria Beckham, who was just announced as a guest judge for the upcoming ninth season of “American Idol”, said she can’t wait to sit next to the former A&R guy who once rejected the Spice Girls, fellow Brit Simon Cowell.

“He is the only man in the music industry who turned down the Spice Girls and said we would never work,” Beckham told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show on Friday (August 7), just before she sat in on auditions in Denver. “I like that fact that he’s honest. I think he’s very funny.”

She added that she doesn’t know Cowell very well, but very much understands his attitude and sense of humor. “He has a very tongue-in-cheek British sense of humor, which I have too. I’m looking forward to a bit of banter,” she said. “I hope he does give me a little bit of a hard time. I love that. I feed off of that.”

“I want to be nice to people. I know how it feels to stand there and be judged, and how it can feel when nerves get the better of you. I don’t want to shatter anybody’s dream,” she said. “But at the same time, there’s nothing wrong with constructive criticism.”

As for replacing Abdul, even if it is for a brief amount of time, Beckham doesn’t feel bad about it, because she knows that soon enough the former judge will be great at whatever she does next. “I don’t. I’m a spiritual person, and I believe that you get back what you put out there, and I hope she does something that is bigger and better,” she said. “There’s something great for her around the corner, I’m sure.”

Beckham said she’s looking for an Idol with a “natural style.” “What I’m looking for [in an Idol winner] is a great singer and somebody who has that star quality,” she said. “It’s about the whole package.”

Simon cowell has finally admitted that he has had Botox, saying that everyone he knows has had it done apart from Cheryl Cole.

“I’ve had Botox. But then again, pretty much everyone I know has, except Cheryl Cole,” Contactmusic quoted him as saying.

“I got a shock when she was sitting next to me on the panel and she frowned and her forehead actually wrinkled. I thought, ‘Whoa! I haven’t seen that in a while. A real frown. That’s different’.

“To me, Botox is no more unusual than toothpaste. It works, you do it once a year – who cares?”

Cheryl Cole will not replace Abdul

Cheryl Cole had been thought of as the top contender for former American Idol judge Paula Abdul’s vacant seat on the popular American Idol programme. However, sources say Cheryl will not take the £4million job as she doesn’t want to leave husband Ashley, 28, behind in Britain.
Cheryl was seen leaving her Los Angeles hotel yesterday, dressed in lilacs and purple as she continued to work on her album with Black Eyed Peas singer and producer will.i.am after she was linked to the coveted TV role.
However sources dismissed the rumours linking Cheryl to a move to the hit US show. One told the Metro: “Cheryl hasn’t had any TV meetings since she’s been over there. There have never been plans for her to go on US TV.

“It would mean she would have to leave Britain, which she won’t do because it’s her home. She wouldn’t leave Ashley behind.

“‘She’s only over there to work on her new solo album in the studio. She only wants to focus on her music. That’s what she is – a singer!”
Cowell’s production company Syco are said to be nurturing Cheryl as a hot television property and have said they don’t want to give her a US break until she’s more comfortable and experienced in TV.
A source told Now magazine: ‘Simon’s intent on keeping Cheryl in the family, but because she’s so young, he doesn’t want to force her on American audiences yet.

‘He’s taking the “Leona Lewis approach” of slowly introducing her to the key executives over here. He’s thinking long term.’
Cheryl arrived in LA last Tuesday and seemed surprised to see a group of waiting fans. “I thought no one knew me, it’s just unreal!” she said to aides as she walked through arrivals and signed autographs.

Cheryl Cole’s Geordie accent is apparently proving to be a problem in her bid to become a star in the US.

The Girls Aloud singer, from Newcastle-upon-Tyne, has been chosen by Simon Cowell to front a US version of The X Factor – but The Daily Mirror reports US TV bosses are screening episodes of the British talent show to audiences to gauge how well they can understand her.

A source said: “They were bowled over by Cheryl and thought she was sassy, smart, charismatic and beautiful; there was just one small problem – they couldn’t make head nor tail of her Geordie accent.”

The source added: “She was witty, empathetic and really encouraging to some of the acts.

“But while her accent isn’t that thick, the Americans really seemed to struggle with it.

“Simon jokingly offered to pay for elocution lessons for her but, seriously, that may be the route she has to take if she is really considering breaking into television over there.”

When Geordie duo Anthony McPartlin and Declan Donnelly – both born and bred in Newcastle like Cheryl – filmed game show Wanna Bet in America, US producers hired an interpreter to prevent their accents confusing viewers.

The specialist listened on headphones and alerted bosses by hitting a button if he heard something he did not understand.

Dec said their pronunciation of “our” proved trickiest for Americans. But he insisted: “They weren’t completely in the dark – it only happened about twice in six shows.”

X Factor Judge Cheryl Cole

Simon Cowell is pushing for Cheryl Cole to front the US version of the X Factor. Cheryl has been chosen by Simon to star in the show if it moves across to America, as he is hoping her down to eart northern charm and big heart will win over the American public.

Simon is on the brink of signing a deal to take the show to the US, and senior executives from NBC are due to fly to Manchester this weekend to see Cheryl in action at the live auditions.

Cowell, who has an estimated £120m fortune, is also said to want the 26-year-old star to step into his shoes as the main face of the TV talent show on this side of the Atlantic. He has already announced plans to quit after the next series of the X Factor, which pulls in 15m viewers, instead concentrating on Britain’s Got Talent.
