Lampard rejects Katie Price

Earlier in the week Katie Price announced she fancied another shot at being a WAG and told Glamour magazine that she was hoping to finish what she had started with Frank Lampard. “There’s actually quite a few little footies I’d do. I’d probably go back to Frank Lampard, finish what I started.”

However, Frank Lampard has insisted that he has “no intention” of getting back into contact with Katie Price. Lampard’s agent told the Daily Star: “She is wasting her time. He hasn’t spoken to her in years and he has no intention of doing so. They were never any more than friends anyway.”

Price also used the Glamour interview to reveal her admiration for Cristiano Ronaldo and Simon Cowell.

We’d love to have Katie back as a WAG- fingers crossed!!!

Alex denies friendship with Katie

Alex Curran has denied claims that she has been on the phone to Katie Price daily since her break up with Peter Andre.

The pair were rumoured to have chatted regularly over the past two months.

“I ended up bumping into Jordan,” says Alex. “That day there had been reports that I had been speaking to her everyday since she split up with Peter Andre.

“But it’s not true – I haven’t spoken to her in ages! I’m not sure where that story came from.”

But Alex says she was pleased to catch up with the glamour model. “It was nice to see her, though,’ she writes in her new! diary. ‘She looked really good – especially considering I hear she had quite a crazy time out there.”

Coleen speaks about cravings and Katie Price in this week’s OK magazine:

“This week I’ve been laughing at some of the stories written about me. One magazine reported that I have been having cravings for cheese and pickle sandwiches – but I can’t even remember the last time I ate a cheese and pickle sandwich! Ha ha!

“It also said that the smell of KFC makes me feel sick, which is untrue. Don’t believe any of it, magazines are always making up stuff about me.

“As I’ve told you before, I haven’t had any cravings up to now and the only change I’ve experienced is that I like chocolate or something sweet after a meal when I have never been fussy on sweet things before.

“Everyone’s talking about the Jordan interview that was on TV last week. She’s always been very honest and never worries about anyone who criticises her.

In my opinion the TV interview was the best way to go if she wanted to tell her story and say it how it is, sometimes it doesn’t come across how you want it to in papers and magazines.

“It’s good for her to get it off her chest if that works for her best. Pete says he was upset that she was so honest and mentioned the fact that she spoke about her miscarriage, and I can understand where he’s coming from because it is such a personal thing to talk about. It was his baby as well and maybe she should have discussed it with him first.

“Everyone is different in the way they handle situations. Speaking publicly like that isn’t the kind of thing that I think Wayne and I would do.

“We both have careers in the public eye, however we tend to keep our home life and relationship private.

“Peter and Jordan are very different to us, as they are very open about their relationship and appear on a reality show, which is totally fine, but that is definitely not the kind of thing we’d do.

“I just hope they can sort it out the best they can, especially where the kids are involved – and have a happy future.”

Chantelle replaces Katie Price

Chantelle Houghton has just been signed to Peter Andre’a management “CAN Associates” who last month dropped Katie Price after her split from Andre.

Chantelle will be managed by Claire Powell who was Katie Price’s manager and best friend until the bitter split, which has left Powell siding with Andre.

Peter Andre said in his New! column “I’m sure Chantelle’s career will flourish as a result of her being looked after by Claire and having seen the latest photos of her, I’m really impressed with her new look.”
