After taking their holiday from Barbados to Las Vegas last week Coleen is showing the sun kissed colour of a girl who’s been on a two week holiday however the same can’t be said for husband Wayne Rooney.

Wayne is obviously being sensible by keeping the factor 50 on as he is still the same white as he was when he left the UK while Coleen is showing off her tan in a number of stylish bikinis.

Coleen and Wayne look like they are having a dream holiday by relaxing in the sun with a large group of friends who they flew over to Las Vegas to join them, while drinking cocktails and having a cuddle and kiss in the pool and while Coleen was sunbathing on a lounger- we don’t often see such public affected from Wayne and Coleen, so it’s nice to see them happy and enjoying themselves.

Coleen Rooney has been flaunting her bikini body in Barbados this week and looks better than ever! You’d never know she’s only given birth a few months ago.

Coleen put on half a stone while pregnant and whilst on holiday in February she had lost most of that however you can clearly see now that she’s lost it all and some with the help of a personal trainer. Before Coleen got pregnant she was a size 10 to 12 however after cutting down carbs and doing weights, floor exercises, running, swimming and walking she is now a size 8.

A source told Closer magazine: “She’s pretty much been living on salads with chicken or fish as well as loads of veg. She’s been having smaller portions too. The weight’s just fallen off. Coleen makes sure she does at least 30 minutes a day of cardio, either a run, swim or fast walk.”

Before giving birth to Kai Wayne in November, Coleen said she would prioritise motherhood over hitting the gym. She said: ”I’m not planning on rushing into losing weight. I do at some point want to go back to the gym, but what’s the point in going mad to lose weight?

“I’d do it sensibly, have a sensible diet and go to the gym.  At the end of day, I want to spend time with my baby and enjoy that, so there’s no reason to get back in shape fast.”

Coleen’s trainer Elise Lyndsay said last year: “I know that she wants to start straight away, but I said to her, “You know what? Just have a bit of time out.”

“Because the tummy has grown and the muscles have moved, it is essential that the core is returned to how it was.”

Coleen is getting ready to take son Kai on his first holiday however poor Wayne is going to have to stay home to play for United.
Coleen is taking her mum, Colette, Kai and four of her cousins to Barbados to stay in an exclusive five-star Caribbean resort.
A family friend said: ­“Having a baby takes it out of you and Coleen ­really ­deserves this trip, which is going to be no expense spared.

“For most kids this kind of holiday would happen once in a lifetime at best, but Kai will be enjoying plenty of five-star breaks in his life.”

Coleen Rooney who is now 8 months pregnant is still sporting her stiletto Christian Louboutin heels on a night out with her friends in Manchester. Let’s hope she didn’t have to walk far!

Coleen Rooney Old Trafford

A heavily pregnant and happy looking Coleen Rooney went to Old Trafford in Manchester yesterday to support Wayne in the Manchester Derby which saw Manchester United beat Manchester City 4-3.

According to The Telegraph, Coleen and Wayne are to appear in a television documentary about their lives. This is great and we can’t wait, however in Coleen’s OK magazine column this week she critisices Katie and Peter for being open about their relationship on a reality show.  Coleen said: “Peter and Jordan are very different to us, as they are very open about their relationship and appear on a reality show, which is totally fine, but that is definitely not the kind of thing we’d do.

The Rooney documentary will be filmed over several months focussing on Wayne’s life at football club Manchester United and the birth of the couple’s first baby.

A source told The Sun: “It’s a big step for Wayne to let the cameras in. It won’t be too intrusive. Anything they don’t like will hit the cutting room floor.”
