Danielle Lineker wants WAGS World Cup
Danielle Lineker has shown our WAGS support by critisising Fabio Capello’s decision of banning them from this years World Cup.
Danielle said: “The WAG thing, well obviously at the last World Cup people said it was a distraction,”
“I think it’s nice that they are there to support them and for the players it’s nice to know that they have someone watching them,”
Danielle admitted she’ll be in the stands too – wearing the St George’s cross despite her Welsh roots. “I will definitely be supporting England. Just because I’m Welsh I think it’s silly not to support England, whether you’re Irish, Scottish, whatever, you should get behind the boys.”
Meanwhile, Danielle has hit out at size zero models after becoming the face of Hovis Hearty Oats bread.
“I think lots of models do take it to the extreme and it’s honestly not a good example by any means to young girls. There’s nothing wrong with being curvy – that’s the way it should be.”
You can’t disagree with Danielle on either of these points! Bring back WAGS World Cup Fabio- banning them isn’t fair!
