Coleen and Wayne Rooney sued for £4million

Coleen and Wayne Rooney sued
New parents, Coleen and Wayne Rooney are being sued for £4million by their previous management company the James Grant Group (JGG) for loss of earnings.
Wayne and Coleen left JGG when their agent who had previously looked after them left the company, so Wayne and Coleen went with him instead of staying with JGG. The courtcase could last up to three weeks and will see both Wayne and Coleen giving evidence.
A spokesman for the The Rooney’s said: “Neither Proactive Sports Management nor the James Grant Group has provided any services for Wayne or Coleen or their companies for the past 15 months.
“During that time the management of all Wayne’s and Coleen’s commercial activities has been handled by their long time business manager Paul Stretford.
“Paul has developed a very close working relationship with Wayne having represented him since he was 17.
“Both Wayne and Coleen regard the claims being made against them as exploitative and financially driven. They regard the defence of these claims as a matter of principle.”
Poor Wayne and Coleen, after having their first son only two months ago and with Coleen’s sister being in and out of hospital, we are sure this is the last thing they need!
