We are used to seeing Christine Bleakley looking perfect and glossy- just how a WAG should look! However we caught her this morning looking less than sleek with bed-head hair leaving her London home with boyfriend Frank Lampard.
The pair will have been enjoying some quality time together before Frank flies to Austria this evening with the England football team ahead of Sunday’s final World Cup warm up match against Japan.
Christine’s vest top showed off her bulging biceps, which she is reportedly trying to tame as she is fearful that she is getting “arms like Madonna”.
Speaking at the Bafta Craft Awards in London, she told the Daily Star: “I don’t want to have Madonna arms so I am conscious about not doing more exercise.
“I put on nearly a stone in training for the water-skiing. I couldn’t have done it without the training but my muscles were far too big afterwards.
“I haven’t done any exercise since. I went to the gym yesterday for the first time and spent most of the time on the phone to my sister.”
