Christine Bleakley yesterday met her new The One Show presenter, Chris Evans for lunch yesterday to discuss Chris’s arrival to the show in the summer.
Not wanting this meeting to be private, Christine and Chris met in busy celeb favourite The Ivy with Christine looking professional in stylish skinny jeans, tan sandals and blazer while Chris went for a more relaxed look of patterned shirt, jeans and trainers.
Chris Evans said when he was first announced as the Friday night host: “I think what Adrian and Christine have done with the show is fantastic.
“It has become a much-loved institution in a relatively short space of time and I am honoured to be able to be joining the team.
“For me Fridays have always been a little bit special and I want to do my bit to welcome people to the weekend.’”
We think these two will make a great team, and can’t wait to see Chris get Christine in her usual fit of giggles!
