Carly Cole is getting used to the fact that husband and new dad, Joe Cole won’t be around so often soon as he was called to be in the World Cup squad today.
Carly enjoyed the pleasant weather with a girl friend and her new baby girl as she ate alfresco at lunch time in West London.
Dressed down in jeans, a blue top and cardigan, Carly looked incredibly happy as she was seen laughing with her friend while enjoying a healthy salad, however Carly has recently said she loves to treat herself: “I like to have a treat every day. It might be an almond croissant, a piece of chocolate or a cappuccino.
“If you don’t allow yourself treats, life is just miserable.
“Having something you enjoy in moderation makes you less likely to binge on junk and you’ll feel more motivated to stick to eating healthily and exercising the rest of the time.”
Hmm, we just can’t imagine Carly Cole scoffing her face with chocolate and croissants- can you?!?
