Bookies take bets on Cheryl Cole and Kate Middleton

The bookies are starting to take bets on our favourite WAGs! Most noticeably, that Prince William and Kate Middleton will get married and that Cheryl Cole and husband Ashley will get pregnant.
In the past two weeks, William Hill have reduced the odds on the chance of Wills and Kate getting hitched after the Queen warned paparazzi to stay away from the royal Christmas celebrations and to give the two love birds some peace.
The bookie is now offering odds of 2/1for William to propose to Kate before midnight on December 31st 2009 compared with 6/1 before the Queen’s recent request.
Paddy Power are has also dropped odds on Cheryl Cole and Ashley having a baby in 2010 from 8/1 to 6/5.
A company spokesman said: “If the betting is correct it looks like Ashley is in for a very special Christmas gift from Cheryl this year.
“The gamble today has been significant enough to leave us wondering whether a pregnancy announcement from Cheryl could be imminent.”
The X Factor judge recently revealed that she wants children “sooner rather than later”.
